Industrial manufacturing & export sourcing
Drawing-led industrial job works
CRYSTAL CORPORATION welcomes engineering enquiries for custom-made industrial components. Buyers can share drawings and specifications for precision turning, CNC machining, threading, drilling, phenolic insulation parts, copper conductors and sheet-metal work. Each request is evaluated against available processes, materials, quantities and delivery needs. We do not promise every manufacturing operation in-house; process availability is confirmed during quotation.
Brass, copper and aluminium components
Electrical OEMs, switchgear manufacturers, panel builders, maintenance contractors and equipment makers frequently need custom conductive parts, threaded fittings, connectors, bushings, links and brackets. Drawing-led manufacture helps buyers define interfaces, hole positions, thread types and finish requirements. We invite samples and technical sketches for discussion, but detailed drawings are preferred for repeatable quality.
Bakelite and phenolic insulation
Industrial insulation jobs can include sheet cutting, drilled and slotted plates, machined spacers, covers, terminal supports and fixtures. Phenolic grades vary in electrical, mechanical and thermal properties; buyers should identify the exact laminate grade and required standards. Reference photos show examples of shapes, not certified specifications or guaranteed stock.
Sheet metal, stamping and wire cutting
Buyers can enquire about laser-cut flat blanks, bent brackets, pressed and stamped pieces, precision profiles and wire EDM applications. Production routes depend on geometry, thickness, batch volume, surface finish and material. Die or tooling costs may apply. Send a flat-pattern drawing or CAD file where available.
Copper jumpers and conductive links
Electrical connections may require braided flexible copper jumpers, eyelet-ended links, solid links, or custom earthing connections. Specify cross-section, length, termination hole diameter, plating, insulation sleeve and operating environment. Electrical performance and testing requirements must be reviewed rather than inferred from an image.
Quoting for exports
International sourcing teams can submit RFQs with country, shipment destination, required documentation, annual demand, inspection needs and Incoterms. Manufacturing feasibility, export paperwork, packing and commercial terms are confirmed individually. We aim to make the enquiry process clear even when the buyer is outside India.
What to include in an RFQ
Attach dimensioned PDF, STEP or DXF files where relevant. State material grade, quantity, tolerance notes, critical features, finish, sample needs, target delivery date and destination. Our secure form stores an enquiry reference and attachments; it does not constitute order acceptance.
Working with technical buyers
We support practical conversations around manufacturability, material alternatives, process selection, prototype economics and repeat supply. Our site separates capabilities requested by buyers from verified shop-floor certifications. Any inspection plan, machine envelope, minimum tolerance or regulatory compliance is agreed in writing for the particular job.
