CNC Turning & Precision Machining

CNC turned parts require careful consideration of workholding, material grade, concentricity, threads, surface finish and inspection. Share a dimensioned drawing with tolerance callouts, batch quantity and intended use. We can review turned bushes, sleeves, spacers, threaded inserts and custom electrical hardware. Manufacturing route and inspection plan are confirmed before quotation. Manufacturing scope CNC Turning & Precision Machining enquiries can cover prototypes, repeat batches and drawing-defined industrial components. We review geometry, material availability, required operations and commercial batch size before accepting work. Submit a dimensioned drawing and explain where the part will be used so the production route can be evaluated. Drawings and technical inputs Please send PDF drawings for review and, where available, STEP files for 3D machining or DXF files for flat profiles. State material grade and certification requirements, finished dimensions, general and critical tolerances, surface finish, edge conditions, thread standards, hole positions and any assembly fit constraints. Unspecified tolerances must be agreed rather than assumed. Materials and process planning Possible materials include brass, copper, aluminium, stainless steel, mild steel and phenolic laminates, subject to each process and job feasibility. Specify the exact alloy or laminate grade, thickness or stock form, and any restrictions on material substitution. Operations may involve cutting, drilling, tapping, turning, milling, profiling, deburring and outsourced finishing as required by the approved route. Inspection and quality expectations We can review requests for dimensional inspection, visual checks, sample approval, first-article reporting, material traceability and packing protection. Measuring methods and documentation must be agreed before quotation. No fixed tolerance, certification or inspection capability is implied by this page; feasibility depends on the drawing and confirmed production resources. Prototypes, batches and lead time Quotation depends on drawing complexity, tooling, raw material, order quantity, finishing, inspection and delivery destination. One-off prototypes may have different unit economics from repeat production. Please identify whether the requirement is a sample, pilot batch, annual call-off or one-time production lot, along with your target delivery date. Export and international enquiries Overseas buyers may submit specifications from any destination. Include country, destination city or port, expected annual volume, packaging requirements and preferred Incoterms. We will confirm whether a particular job can be supplied for export and what documentation or testing is available; do not assume every material, destination or process is supported. Request a technical quotation For cnc turning & precision machining, attach drawings and list quantity, grade, critical dimensions, finish, inspection requirements and delivery destination. Our team will review manufacturability and reply with clarifying questions before a firm offer. Uploading a drawing is an enquiry, not acceptance of a production order.

Common questions

What should I include in my RFQ?

Send a drawing, material grade, quantity, critical tolerances, finish and destination country.

Can you handle export enquiries?

International enquiries are welcome. Incoterms, documentation and delivery are confirmed individually.

Are all processes performed in-house?

Some processes may be coordinated with manufacturing partners. The production route is confirmed for each order.

What drawings do you need?

PDF with dimensions is preferred; STEP for 3D and DXF for 2D profiles help assess production.

Can you manufacture from a sample?

A sample can help discussion, but a confirmed drawing and measurable specification are preferred for quoting.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Minimum economical quantity varies by setup, tooling and material; share the quantity for review.

Can you provide material certificates?

Specify certificates in the RFQ. Availability must be confirmed before order acceptance.

What tolerances are achievable?

Tolerance capability is assessed against the actual drawing and process; no universal tolerance is promised.

Do you accept international orders?

Export enquiries are welcome, subject to feasibility, destination and commercial review.

Can I request a prototype first?

State prototype quantity and target timeline; sample pricing and lead time are quoted separately.

How do I get a quotation?

Use the secure RFQ form and upload the drawing, material grade, quantity and destination.
